All of our new sod is sourced locally from high-quality turf farms. Here are the steps we take when installing fresh grass:

  1. Prepare the ground with a fresh layer of topsoil and some basic leveling/grading.
  2. We pick up the sod and deliver it to your property… it’s best to have a shady location available to store the sod rolls while we’re working – especially during summer months.
  3. We lay and cut every piece of sod to match the contour of your property.

Whatever you call it, one thing is certain: Patchy lawns stink. Until automatic, self-repairing lawns are invented, we’ve got the next best thing — quick and easy bare spot repair.

One of the most important parts of lawn repair is figuring out what has caused the problem. Sometimes an accident, such as a fertilizer spill, creates a bare spot in the lawn. Or there could be a plant disease, destructive insects, or competition for light and moisture from overgrown neighboring plants. Correct these issues first so grass can grow in these spots again.

There are a few situations where you might need to remove grass from your yard temporarily or permanently. The most common reasons include replacing the lawn with a garden or patio and switching to hardscape. Whatever your reason is, we can remove the grass for you safely and swiftly.

Our process is pretty consistent with most landscaping companies, but here’s a brief overview so you know what to expect.

We’ll come to your property and discuss the project with you. Then, we’ll take a few measurements and send you a formal proposal by email.

Start the Project

Your project is scheduled for the earliest date available when you accept the proposal. A partial deposit is due before we start working.

Be a Project Manager

Sit back and relax while our team does the hard work. Need to make a change? We’re flexible… just know some changes cost more.
