Meet the Chamberlain & Sons Team
Charlie Chamberlain
Owner
Charlie Chamberlain was born and raised in the Treasure Valley. He has had the opportunity to live in Idaho, Oregon, Minnesota and New York following his mother’s career while pursuing his education and finding his passion as a landscape contractor. He comes from a long local family history of business owners in the Treasure Valley; so, it is fitting that he started a landscape business.
Charlie Chamberlain graduated from Mountain View High School in Meridian Idaho and has a bachelor degree in business from State University of New York (Empire State College). He has always been driven to own his own business in the Treasure Valley. After working for a landscape contractor in Upstate New York specializing in large scale hardscape and landscape projects around the Finger Lakes; along with starting his family he decided to move home. He worked for several local landscapers before starting Chamberlain & Sons Inc. dba Chamberlain and Sons Landscaping in 2019. He and his wife, Tricia Poormon, have three children, Zoe, Charlie and David.
Jeff Boscarino
Supervisor
Jeff is an experienced supervisor at Chamberlain & Sons Landscaping. Before joining the team, he successfully ran his own landscaping company in Las Vegas for many years, specializing in high-quality design and construction. He moved to Boise thinking it was time for an early retirement—until he realized his passion for hard work and building exceptional landscapes was too strong to set aside.
Jeff now brings that real-world expertise, leadership, and unwavering commitment to craftsmanship to every job at Chamberlain & Sons. His hands-on experience ensures our full landscaping projects are executed with the same care and attention to detail that defined his own successful business.
Cole Alton
Estimator
Cole is a dedicated estimator at Chamberlain & Sons Landscaping. A Boise area native, he grew up exploring the Treasure Valley and played competitive basketball through high school, where he developed the discipline, teamwork, and precision that now help him deliver accurate, thoughtful estimates.
One of the youngest estimators in the state, Cole brings fresh energy, sharp savvy, and a genuinely customer-oriented approach to every project. He listens closely to homeowners’ visions, then turns those ideas into clear, realistic plans for stunning outdoor spaces built to last.
